Sequel to the approval of the proposed timetable for the 2026/2027 SUG, Institutes, Departmental, and NAKSS Elections.

Confirmation of CGPA and verification of the eligibility of ALL Aspirants by DSS |

Election Campaigns - Silent Campaign (Distribution of Hand Bills Only) - Use of violence, incitement or campaign that will disrupt academic activities is prohibited. Specifically, online campaign is recommended |

Presidential Debate/Manifesto Presentation (Time and venue will be communicated by DSS) All campaign and Manifesto MUST END by 12:00 midnight on Sunday 26th July, 2026. |

General Election (Between 9:00am – 3:00pm) via Electronic Voting System (e-voting) -Results of ALL Election SUG & NAKSS |

-Submission of duly signed Election Results to the Rector |
Note: (i) Only Duly Registered Students are eligible to vote and be voted for in ALL ELECTIONS.
(ii) All Elections will be General Election via Electronic Voting System (e-voting).
