The department was established in the year 2009 during the 2002/2010 academic session with the aim of producing qualified/technicians through national diploma. The admission requirement include a minimum of five ‘o’ level credit in a maximum of two sittings in the following subjects; mathematics, English, chemistry, biology or agricultural science, geography or economics or physics.
