BLDR. Owolabi Kayode Michael was born on 10th May, 1960 to the family of Mr.  &Mrs. Philip Akanni Owolabi, He hail from Isare -Opin in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, he is happily married with three children. He attended Amadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria and University of Nigeria (UNN) Nsukka for NCE (Tech,) B.Ed.(Tech) and M.Ed. Industrial Technology in Building respectively.
